Food Truck Friday brings a rotating lineup of local food trucks out to the fairgrounds for an easy, casual evening out. Grab dinner, bring the family, and enjoy the open-air atmosphere that makes the fairgrounds feel like home even outside of Fair Week.
Interested food truck owners are welcome to apply as vendors — space is limited and offered on a rotating basis.
